The pharmacists and staff are absolutely phenomenal. We have complicated insurance and some specialized meds and they go to bat for us every month. After years of dealing with mistake after mistake at the Walgreens in Champlin, I assumed our situation would always be a nightmare, but the Cub Pharmacy folks are on top of everything and are excellent at communicating updates. They make things immensely easier and my stress level is so much lower! I can't recommend them enough!
They are always very friendly and helpful and the employees will try and answer any questions you may have, if they don't have an answer they will find someone who does.
Easy to transfer my meds from another Cub here, refills were done quick, they have a DRIVE THRU (BONUS) & no wait at all at 3:30pm on a Monday! Would highly recommend!
